The Venue Fee ranges from $4500 to $8,500 depending upon the inclusions such as a dinner rehearsal, and the time of the year it can go up to $12,500. The use of the bridal suite and groom’s room is included the day of the ceremony up to the start of the event. There is no charge for the tables of 8 for your reception along with padded white square chairs, and chairs for the ceremony. We also give you the use of our vast decor items, bridal party table, cake table, Dj Table, and food tables at no charge. We will include set up and break down along with clean up but caterers are required to provide complete service which includes their serving and cleanup. What is not included is linens but we can provide them for a fee. We do not provide insurance for your event which is required, but can easily tell you how you obtain it.

there are many hotels with in 10 miles in either direction. From Holiday-inn Express to Best Western to a Marriot. They are located in Lookout Valley heading East and Kimball Exit Heading West off I-24. There are rural cabin rentals around us also about the same milage we can share with you.
